- Checkout collects a payment method. Billing starts after 30 calendar days unless canceled.
- Seat
- One user license.
- Machine
- Two active machines per user. To activate a third, release one machine first.
- Students
- Free after confirming an address in the Hipo university domain list or platoniclabs.io. If eligibility fails, contact support before purchasing.
- Offline grace
- Conditional grace applies when Arch cannot reach the license issuer.
- Refunds
- Refund requests in the first 30 paid days, failed activation, and duplicate purchases route through billing support.
